1. Prices

The prices on the website are stated in € including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices with immediate action and reserve the right to make any errors and price changes.

2. Payment

Payments are handled through Klarna Checkout, which is one of EU’s most popular payment solutions. With Klarna, you pay securely with a payment method that suits you. All transactions are sent with SSL, which means that they are encrypted. We never process your card information, it is handled directly between your bank and Klarna. We therefore do not have access to credit card information and will not be able to provide you with information from the credit card.

When your payment is completed, the purchase is complete and you will receive an order confirmation and receipt. Klarna accepts payments with most cards such as MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, American Express and more.

3. Shipping fee

Our standard delivery is free for almost all goods, as long as you meet the minimum order value of €99. For orders less than €149, a shipping cost of €14.99 will be added.

If your order is under €149 and you paid the shipping cost of €14.99, you will be refunded the shipping cost if the entire order is returned.

Return fee is €30 to cover shipping and administration.

4. Delivery time

Orders are shipped with UPS. Delivery time is 1-5 working days. Usually less than 5 days within Europe. When the product is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking link to track your order. Your package is sent to an mail delivery near you based on postcode, but can also come directly to your home if it is a small product.

Sweden: 1-3 business days

5. Damaged and uncollected goods

In the event of uncollected goods, you will be charged for delivery, return and handling. The fee is €30. You must notify us when exercising the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately, but no later than within 7 days, report this to the post office or other carrier and report a damage.

6. Right of withdrawal

We apply a 30-day right of withdrawal. The first day is when your package is available to collect or when it is delivered to you. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you always need to contact us and state this. Returned goods must be sent in original packaging with all labels and manuals that come with it. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it for the 30-day right of withdrawal to apply. In some cases, we may charge you for the depreciation if the product is used and can not be sold as new again. The compensation is assessed after each individual case. The refund will be made without unnecessary delay no later than 14 days after the right of withdrawal is exercised. We will use the same means of payment that you used when the purchase was made. In cases where the product is unused, the refund will be free of charge.

7. Change products

When exchanging, this is handled as a return where you return the products you wish to exchange. Please note in the return slip that this is a change and new products will or has been ordered. As soon as we receive the item back, the full amount will be refunded to you. The amount in case of exchange is refunded within 3 working days of receiving the item. You pay for the new goods on the website as with a regular purchase.

8. Return

Returns come with a fee of €30 to cover shipping and handling. Email us to request a return and we will provide you with shipping info. When we have received the item, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible without unnecessary delay, but no later than within 14 days. In order for the return to be approved, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. In the event of damage to products to be returned, we may in some cases offer to approve the return at a lower cost due to the reduction in value. The fee is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Refund

When your return has been received, handled and approved, we will make a refund to you with the same payment provider as when you made the purchase. The repayment period varies but is made as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

11. Complaint

If you discover defects in the product, please contact us as soon as possible and state the defect by e-mail info (a) xlpadel.com or 031 797 05 50. We will then send a prepaid return shipping note with instructions. Always notify any complaint as soon as possible. Check your local regulations for complaints.
