We offer fast worldwide shipping with UPS. Shipping is free on most of our products, as long as you meet the minimum order value of €149.99.

How long is the delivery time?

We work hard to ensure that you receive your delivery as soon as possible. Delivery time is 1-5 working days and your order is shipped in 24 hours.

Sweden: 1-3 business days
Europe: 2-4 business days
Rest of Europe: 2-4 business days
North America: 3-4 business days
Rest of the world: 3-5 business days


What payment methods can I choose from?

Through our payment provider Klarna, you pay smoothly and securely with your favorite alternative. Choose between invoice, partial payment and card payment. Card payment is available for all countries.

Order and return

Can I change or cancel an order?

Have you discovered an error with your order, or have you just regretted it? No problem. Contacts us as soons as possible to make changes or cancel the order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order through UPS, and will be sent tracking info once it is shipped from our warehouse.

How do I return a product?

We want you to feel safe when you shop with us and therefore offer a 30-day refund. If you regret your order, just contact us and we will send a shipping note and instructions for €30. When you have submitted your package, we will send  your money back with your payment method of choice so that they reach you within 5 banking days.

How do I claim a product?

Has something gone wrong with your product? This is something that should not happen, but which unfortunately can happen to all of us. In a complaint case, it is important for us to provide you with fast service and a solution that makes your experience good. Contact us and describe your problem and enter the order number found in your receipt, and we will replace you with a new product or the money back, if the case meets the requirements of the manufacturer.
